Where we ship

We ship hanbok rentals internationally from the Republic of Korea. If you are not sure whether we reach your country, ask us before booking a date.

Confirming a shipment

Shipping is arranged as part of your rental. When we reply to your enquiry we confirm the carrier, the cost, and the dates the garment will leave and must be sent back.

Timing

Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. Because a hanbok is usually needed for a specific occasion, please contact us well ahead of your date so the garment arrives with room to spare. We will give you a realistic window before you commit.

Costs, duties and taxes

Shipping costs are quoted with your rental. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Addresses

Please check the delivery address carefully. We cannot take responsibility for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you supplied.

Returning the garment

Return shipping arrangements are confirmed with your rental. Send the garment back by the agreed date using the method we agree, and keep the tracking reference until we confirm it has arrived.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, contact us at our contact form at https://hanbokverse.com/en/contact as soon as you notice and we will work through it with you and the carrier.
