Using this site

By browsing HANBOKVERSE, sending an enquiry, or using the virtual try-on, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we offer

We present a catalogue of hanbok, an AI virtual try-on tool, and a way to enquire about renting a piece. Browsing the catalogue and using the try-on do not create a rental agreement. A rental is only confirmed once we have agreed the dates, sizing, price and delivery with you directly.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on the site are a guide and are confirmed when we reply to your enquiry. Pieces are physical garments in limited numbers, so availability on a given date is never guaranteed until confirmed.

The virtual try-on

The try-on produces an AI-generated impression, not a photograph. Colours, fit and detail in the generated image will differ from the real garment. Please do not rely on it as an accurate representation of what you will receive.

You may use the images you generate for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use them to imply an endorsement, or in a way that misrepresents a real person.

There is a daily limit on how many images one visitor may generate. We may suspend access if the tool is used abusively.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only photographs you are entitled to upload.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Give accurate information when you enquire, so we can serve you properly.

Our content

Photographs, text and design on this site belong to HANBOKVERSE or the people we work with. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking first.

Limits

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
